Unique Tubs, Custom Built.

When a design has been agreed, we will provide a quotation, priced in US dollars that is good for 30 days. We will also provide an estimated construction and delivery schedule.

Prices depend on the style of the tub and any other items specified as well as the wood species from which they will be made. When a client accepts a quotation it becomes an order and we will schedule construction immediately once a 50% construction deposit has cleared.

Construction deposits are non-refundable. The entire balance is payable prior to shipping.

The location, installation, or use of products sold by Bath in Wood of Maine LLC., are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Bath in Wood of Maine LLC does not warrant the suitability of any product for its use or compliance with any local or national codes. Neither Bath in Wood of Maine LLC nor its owners or employees are responsible for any damages arising from any cause whatsoever in the purchase, installation or use of products sold by Bath in Wood of Maine LLC.  Purchase of products sold by Bath in Wood of Maine LLC constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale.
